Solo necesitas VIP para la última misión, si alguna vez fuiste VIP y mataste al menos 10 seel ya no necesitaras VIP para el resto de la quest
Un pokémon con Fly si eres vip o un pokémon con Rock Smash si eres free o vip, pero no tienes con que volar porque eres pobre, feo y negro o tu nivel es bajo

Nota: Esta quest no manda ningun mensaje de requisitos de level ni se guarda en Quest Log, así que asumo que se puede hacer desde level 5+.
Primero hay que ir al sur de Cerulean por el lago y hablar con el NPC Chasey:

Luego de esto hay que ir al Museo de Pewter localizado al norte de dicha ciudad, ya en el museo hay que hablar con el NPC Donovan que esta cerca de las escaleras dentro del museo:

Este te quitara el papel (lista) y te dará una cajita:

Esta cajita llevala contigo hasta Lavender, ve a la parte norte del Panteon, volando o si eres Free usando el camino alternativo al sur de Pokemart (rompiendo las piedras con rock smash):

Te pedirá que mates 10 geodudes, 10 squirtles, 10 machops, 10 beedrills, 10 clefairies, 10 koffings y 10 seels. No importa si los has matado antes de iniciar la quest o después, si no los has matado nunca ve a matar los que te falten y si ya los has matado alguna vez solo dile lo siguiente:

• Jugador: hi

• Kowalski: Did you defeat all those pokémons?
• Jugador: yes
• Kowalski: Good job! Here is your reward!

Después de hablar con Kowalsi te dará una cajita de halloween pa ke te orgasmees mil y asi C: que al abrirlo te dará un addon para tu Pokémon
